Monthly Visit — How It Works

Every month, Fixer attends your property for a structured 2‑hour maintenance session. This includes:

  • full assessment of the property

  • prioritisation of issues

  • completing all work that fits within the included 2 hours

If something requires more time, Fixer will:

  • document the issue

  • explain what needs to be done

  • provide a clear time estimate

  • wait for your approval before continuing

You stay fully in control of cost.
